Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3

O aguardado game de tiro em primeira pessoa "Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3" chegará às lojas dos Estados Unidos no dia 8 de novembro. De acordo com reportagem da edição norte-americana do site especializado em games Kotaku, o jogo terá como cenários cidades reais como Nova York, Paris e Londres e seu modo on-line poderá ter integração entre os consoles PlayStation 3 e Xbox 360.

Segundo o Kotaku, fontes informaram que o jogo foi desenvolvido por três estúdios: Infitnity Ward, responsável pelos dois primeiros jogos "Modern Warfare", Sledgehammer Games e Raven Software. O game terá 15 missões, permitirá controlar veículos como tanques e um avião AC-130 e mostrará um ataque na cidade de Nova York.

A história de "Modern Warfare 3" começará no ponto em que o primeiro game terminou, com a invasão russa em território norte-americano. O jogador controlará alguns personagens com o objetivo de acabar com a ameaça. O site afirma que um espião, soldados presentes nos jogos anteriores como "Frost" e "Sandman" e o "SEAL Team Six", grupo de combatentes que matou o terrorista Osama bin Laden, estarão presentes no título.

"Modern Warfare 3" ainda terá um modo de partidas on-line que terá cenários como o bairro do Brooklyn, em Nova York, em um total de 20 mapas, segundo o Kotaku. O site também confirma a integração das partidas entre usuários do PlayStation 3 com os do Xbox 360.

Até o momento, a Activision não confirmou as informações publicadas pelo Kotaku nos Estados Unidos.
